As required, with a lot of strategic rests ( after watching 2 other guys do the same WOD at the Y) = 19:12. Left shoulder seem to have a mind of its own after set 5.

Did this one at home. Scaled the shoulder press to 60 lbs.

Scaled the press to 65lbs. Pretty happy with myself as I am recovering from a shoulder injury (still) and the shoulder did not hurt (that much) with this weight.

Did this one at the hall, anchored sit-ups 12:28 as rx’d, PR by 4 minutes. Did Front Squats and Bench Press afterwards.


Congrats DJ and Brit! Carrying the ball and chain around will make you stronger! I can say this cause I am married.

Last time 9:41 but then shortest consecutive set of SP was 9 in the 7th rnd. Knew this was going to be slower when i was in second rnd and i could not get more than 12 consec. Lots of 3s, 2s. some 1s, and bar dropping!

First WOD I didn’t have to modify in few weeks so it felt great!!!!!

Quickly dropped to 3’s and 2’s. Did better if I kept my elbows forward.
Fourth time doing this WOD
Other times were closer to 33 minutes and it didn’t seem to matter whether I used 75, 65 or 60 lbs. At least I got a bit faster this time.
Frustrating WOD: can’t finish it prescribed, can’t do it with intensity using shemale weight ((75+45)/2) or even at sub-shemale weight.
