In partners complete for 4 rounds for reps of:
1:00 handstand hold (partner 1) while partner 2 performs max DB shoulder press (25/35 lb)

1:00 switch
1:00 hang from a pull-up bar (partner 1), while partner 2 performs max strict pull-ups

1:00 switch
– Score is total seconds held + total reps completed.
– Perform just one attempt on the holds each minute.
