50 Synchro Walking Lunges
25 Chest to Bar
50 Box Jumps
25 Ring Dips
50 Knee to Elbows
25 Synchro Kettlebell Swings
50 Hip Extensions
25 Partner Wall Ball Tosses
5 Rope Climbs

Complete reps working one at a time unless it is synchro. Post rounds and reps complete to comments.
