At 7am, rx’d, 12:41. About two minutes too long, I think. OHS unbroken and everything else felt heavy. Lack of sleep is catching up.
Two rounds of tabata on the bike, then 60 GHD sit ups.

Could I have gone heavier on the other movements? Absolutely apart from C&J which felt really heavy and not very shoulder stable at 65 today………was already switching plates 4 times for the first 3 movements, didn’t want to add another weight into the mix!
All movements unbroken except for C&J which I dropped the bar each time.

18:50. 135 for the first 3 DL sets. Then 115. All other movments at 65. Changing plates slowed me down but I wanted the extra weight for th DL.

started with 65# for all then switched to 75# after the OHS. 85# would have been tough but doable for everything except snatch and OHS. Would like to revisit this one.

9:52, weight all over the place from 55#-85# depending on the movement. This was a lot of squat/hip/groin volume for my injury, pretty happy to get though all the reps.

IT’s really interesting how something that is not normally routine can affect your workout. I’m not one that normally works out in the morning, or on a saturday…came in for the 9:30 class this morning and felt like I needed a 1 hour warmup.
After the the power snatches and OHS things started to feel better.
