Ran out of steam at about 12 minutes and tried to hang on.
Partnered with OG, Christine and Nicole. Nice work ladies πŸ™‚
Scaled squat cleans to 155
Tapped out emotionally at 18 minutes when I couldn’t even clean the weight.
More squat work needed.

C. After some great coaching and helping I did this for the first time myself! Fun! Did three holds every round about 10 sec a hold.

Hello everyone,
I paid for a spot in the pull up seminar but am unable to go. If anyone would like it talk to Brett.


5:05, 5:05, 4:13, 4:15, 4:05. The handstand walks got easier towards the end when I took my time a bit more. Managed 3- 35 foot individual efforts in one attempt. Thanks Brett and Colin.
