In partners complete:

20 rounds (alternate after each complete round/10 rounds each) of:

5 Kettlebell Swings – 2.0/1.5 pood
5 Up/Downs Over KB

Then, 10 rounds (one working at a time on each movement, then switching) of:

Row Cals – 12/10
12 Dumbbell Med Ball Bench Press – 35#/20#/hand

Then 5 rounds of:10 Synchro Wallballs – 20#/14# to 10’
10 Lateral Hops Over Med Ball

Kim was the best partner ever today. We were perfectly matched.

I really enjoy partner WODs. So glad I could make it today.

Hops are still brutal, even if my feet were not injured.
I realize I could have done 2.0 pood. Did 1.5.
We both realized we could do 10 wall balls instead of breaking them into 5s.

Other than some learning. Had a great workout with my ‘recovering’ partner.
