60 Front Squats
 
Coachs notes:  Load for front squat is body weight, taken from a rack.  For each break in the set there is a 12 burpee penalty.  Post time to complete, whether load was prescribed or scaled and sets to comments.

13:58 used 115 lbs =85% BW (135#)
15/10/10/10/8/7 = 5 rounds of burpees

Did 30 jumping muscle ups in around 12 min + Isabel (95#) in 4:50 min. + Grace (95#) in 4:32 min


14:26 used 115lbs = 80% BW

Went with just less than 85% BWT since my legs are still catching up from 3 months off.
10:53 w/ 135#
20/10/7/7/7/8 – and after all was said and done…. I actually only did 59 reps. Frig, I have to be better than this!!!


Went with 85% BW so 100#
