60 Front Squats
Coach’s notes: Load for front squat is body weight, taken from a rack. For each break in the set there is a 12 burpee penalty. Post time to complete, whether load was prescribed or scaled and sets to comments.

Did 30 jumping muscle ups in around 12 min + Isabel (95#) in 4:50 min. + Grace (95#) in 4:32 min

Went with just less than 85% BWT since my legs are still catching up from 3 months off.
