  Coach’s notes:  Guys use 30 lbs and gals 20 lbs for the front squat and the push press.  Post totals for each round to comments.

Anyone interested in a WOD from a POD to a house?
They will start at 10:00 on Monday every hour for an hour until 3:00pm. warm up is included and great “variable” workouts are supplied!
H20 can also be arranged
Recovery drinks/meals are yours though.


Recovery Beer can definitely be found for the competitors!
