Today I enjoyed working out with Ari. Great partner. Never gives up.
Nothing was perfect but we adapted which made the team experience “perfect”. Saving the bike for last was a great opportunity to show everyone my pain face, which in turn makes everyone watching feel like they’re watching someone die in real-time.
Gotta learn how to get more power out of my rowing. Freakin’ learning.
