Think I maybe had one more lift in me, but ran out of time.
This is the best my split-jerks have ever felt. Combination of hand position and committing to dropping under the bar was the difference today.

Worked up to 93, 10lb PR!
Been stuck at 83 for ever!! (jerk before shoulder 2013, clean and jerk Nov 2014). Last lift to pass old PR’s pre shoulder ??. Think I could have done more if I had been braver and taken some bigger leaps in the weight………but onwards and upwards

PR by 10# on C&J and PR by 5# on Clean. Happy with today!
Need to work on keeping bar in tight and getting lower and under on the heavier weights. Still too much early bending of arms.
