Coach’s notes: Guys use 20 lbs and gals use 12 lbs for wallballs. Guys use 115 lbs and gals use 75 lbs for cleans. Post number of cleans completed to comments.

Thanks Mack for your help! Did one of Mike’s workouts. 7 rounds of 3 OHS w/111# plus 10 double unders (in five min), rested 5 min, 50 Jumping pull ups + 10 knees 2 elbows (2times for time= 3.14 min), rested 5 min and 50 walking lunges with 30# in each hand and 50 walking lunges without weight in 4:50.
