16 something… 85# all snatches
Couple negatives on this and a bunch of positives….
DU sucked today, had problems stringing together more than 15 or 20. Ended up timing them instead of completing all the reps. Reps were about 50, 75, 100. Felt every bit of my poor morning nutrition and hydration.
On the positive 85# went easy every time, probably could have done 95# but wasn’t sure how the injury would deal with the volume. I am able to push myself a little bit more. Felt shitty today, but so good at the same time.
