10 rounds for reps:

AMRAP Weighted Pull Up 

Coach’s notes:  AMRAP stands for as many reps as possible.  This is not a timed work out so, use as much rest as desired between sets.  Guys use 45 lbs and gals use 15 lbs, or scale as required.  Post reps for each set and total reps to comments plus weight used.

Mr Corson, you made me appreciate what your row time was yesterday. The pacing you held was amazing. I am aiming for technique like you have.

16, 12, 9, 9, 8, 8, 5, 6, 6, 5 = 84….tough WOD…all done with kipping..


My first time ever for crossfit, I managed to do 50 reps total over 10 sets, haha not very good. Also, I did not have any weights on. My lats have never been more wrecked before! I have a feeling this was an easy work out too.. be there on Wednesday if there is room for a drop in. Thanks to everyone for welcoming me 🙂
