whoo…that was way tougher than i thought.
thought i scaled appropriately but maybe not.
1. 115lbs 6/6/6/4/2 (power)
2. 145lbs 0/1/2/4/3/2 (power)
3. 165lbs 1/2/2/2/2 (full snatch)
talking to DAustin after, my set up was messing me up in the early rounds. Hip was a bit high and Chels noticed that my hips were coming up early. 6 reps felt pretty rushed. 4 reps felt a little better. 2 reps felt the best and felt my setup was dialed in the most during these rounds.
Catching felt ok, noticed a little bit of internal rotation on some of the doubles so i have to focus on that.
Overall not the best snatch day i’ve had but this is the first time i’ve done a complex like this. Way different lifting on an interval vs taking my time between reps.

My original plan had been to go up by 10’s, but it was feeling a bit off during warm up, so decided o play it safe! Next time should either start a bit heavier or take the bigger jumps

Injury freaked out twice, so took a minute off during the second round and then again in the third round. All power snatch. Next time try a little heavier (says coach Jason)

Hit all reps, I really liked this WOD really helped with the transition from power to full snatch.

Kept the weights prescribed but scaled the reps. Good one for me, challenging but fun.
