First cleans since coming back from lengthy elbow injury.
Went easy with 5 x 5 reps at 115 lb. Found full hip extension before 3rd pull difficult, was rushing it too much. But elbow was fine, so I’m happy.


45/50/55/60/65/65/65 – decided to stay at 65 and work on technique
