Lots of fun with the crew this morning.


Open gym.
Day to work on weaknesses and inconsistencies.
Weakness – push strength. Did Thursday’s WOD (shoulder press and push press) and posted it there.
Inconsistent – muscle-up’s and double unders. Worked on bar and ring muscle ups, and for the most went pretty well.
Double under practice – managed a few sets of 50 straight. Best stretch was 72.
