30 Burpies
15 Deadlifts
50 Walking Lunges
15 Toes to Bar
30 Shoulder Press
50 Box Jumps
15 Chest to Bar Pull-ups
30 Back Extensions
50 Squats
Coachs notes:  Guys use 225# and gals 155# for deadlift and 85# and 55# for shoulder press.  Post time to complete to comments.

Changed order to group 2 (T2B-SP-BJ) then 1 then 3.
Scaled press to 45 – rest by the book.
Only short breaks except:
Deadlifts in sets of 2-3
C2B in sets of 3-4

Same day finish was my goal after the burpies bonked meself


Broke everything, a lot
Seem to be able to push myself only when I am still in the race.

18:19 as rx’d.

Shoulder press was the slowest part of this one by far. I probably did singles for the last 12 or so…
