Run from the end of the laneway to the yield sign and back. It’s 250-300m approximately.

Wall balls as required.
Snatch: 8/7/7/6/6/5/5/4/4/6 (weight as required).
Longest 20 minutes ever.

Run Club, 4 hill repeats of steep UP and DOWN on the Tuscany trails. Awesome day, strong effort from everyone and some great technique tips, thanks Laura!


Run Club:
Did three hill loops and some work on downhill running. Actually went better than I would have thought…
Then did a modified version of today’s WOD:
As many snatch on the minute, every other minute @ 95#. Got about 3/min.

Fun as always. Happy to have Jer join us today. Managed 4 loops. Walked most of the last one. Thanks Laura!

Also went for a 1RM snatch in 15 minutes, hit 165 how a snatch is supposed to be done and then totally pressed out one at 175 that still counts in CF. Then did some heavier wallball and T2B stuff. Sucked the freaking life out of me. Yucky!

Made it to 20 dead-lifts on the way back up the ladder at the 21 minute time cap. Wall-balls were the killer for me.

Dark Place was reached.


Run Club:
4 Hills (steep up/down repeats)… challenging but fun (after it was over) πŸ™‚
