10 Supine Dowel Rows
10 Double Milk Jug Front Squats

B. As Many Rounds As Possible (AMRAP) in 6 minutes of:

10 Forward/Reverse Bear Crawl
10 Reverse Plank Alternating Single Leg Raises (5/side)
10 Supine Windshield Wipers – (5/side)

REST 3:00

C. As Many Rounds As Possible (AMRAP) in 6 minutes of:

10 Box/Couch Jumps
15 Squat Jacks
20 Double Milk Jug Sumo Deadlift High Pull

D. Stretch for 15 minutes.
