Think I had some help on rep 3 for 240. Not counting it.
250 x 3 plus 2 muscle ups after (my first ever muscle ups)…
130 x 2 failed on the third set. PB.
Today was the first race for 5 peaks trail series at COP, lots of fun in the mud and rain. I never saw so many people falling down hill and up hill before.
11th over all and 1st in age group 40 to 49. Fun day
