50, 40, 30, 20, 10 reps of:

Double Unders

Jumping Pull-ups

Push Press

Coach’s notes:    Jumping pull ups are done with wrist at bar.  Guys use 65lbs and gals 45lbs for push press.  Post time to complete to comments.

gaucoin is the master of the turkish get up. Any of you that have done them know how tough they are with a dumbbell!

Used 55 lbs.

Round 1 17:30 – 7.0 seconds per rep
Round 2 14:05 – 7.0 seconds per rep
Round 3 10:20 – 6.9 seconds per rep
Round 4 7:35 – 7.6 seconds per rep
Round 5 2:45 – 5.5 seconds per rep

Total: 52:45

Doubleunders slowed me down. I averaged one every 10 seconds.

Out of town with limited access to internet and equipment
Part 1: Max number of muscle-ups until failing repeatedly: 13
Part 2: 5 rounds of 10 rings dips + 100 single unders
Took me about 32 min for both parts

In class rowed for calories (50, 40 , 30 ,20, 10)

rowing is not a fun substitution for double unders!!

Mack: On Monday at 6 pm I have a session with Brett to go over muscle ups…if ya wanna join I can talk to Brett tomorrow…I have class at 10 am and I will ask him (if he is there)
