30 Clean and Jerk

45 Burpees

Coach’s notes:  Guys use 135 lbs and gals 95 lbs for clean and jerk.  You can do the reps and/or exercises in any order you choose.  Post time to complete to comments.

Hi – If anyone sees or saw a stainless steel Tag watch with blue face at crossfit would you mind putting it in the office? please and thanks! I think I left it in the entrance or it may have fallen out of my pocket yesterday morning (friday) or I just simply lost it! (oops) anyways, much appreciated!

Good workout for sure.. and still hate burpies.


woops, only did 40 burpes… they really do mess with me


11 min flat as rx’d.
I notice today that if I re-grip the bar after the clean, I have a hard time doing a proper jerk (end up pressing the last couple inches to full lockout) but if I don’t regrip and jerk from the front rack, I end up doing a proper jerk…??
