Tabata Intervals For:
Knees to Elbows
Pull-ups
Push-ups
Sit-ups
Coach’s notes: For Tabata intervals perform 20 seconds of work and 10s of rest for 8 sets in each of the 4 exercises. You are allowed exactly 1 minute between exercises, no more! Record the number of reps in each of the 8 sets for all 4 exercises. For example:
Knees to Elbows – 18/17/16/14/13/12/12/12 = 114
Your score is the total reps for all exercises. Post to comments.
I totally missed the “allowed exactly 1 minute between exercises” part. Took only the 10 sec rest between. The KTE’s pretty much killed my pullups.
KTE – 10/10/8/6/6/6/6/6
PU- 4/5/5/4/4/4/4/4
Push up – 12/12/12/11/8/7/6/6
Sit-up – 13/13/12/12/12/11/10/12
