Thanks for sharing the pics depicting the events of the last few days!!!! Seeing those makes me even more excited for Sunday!!!!! Nice to see you back Steve.

I did 80 skips in place of 40 DU.
2:31/2:29/2:30/2:36/2:35 total = 12:42

That was harder than I expected… I didn’t think the rowing would take such a toll on the double unders.

1:48/1:56/2:26/2:12/2:07 total = 10:29

I pushed the 3rd row too hard and the double unders were a mess for that round.

someone needs a haircut!…due to sickness I did not do the WOD instead did deadlift:

420lbs x 1

Wow!! The place looks great guys!!! and quite the adventure!!

I can’t wait to try it out!!!

This will be a total success. No doubt!

Today I spent 2 hours with Mike trying to get a muscle up.Never tried to hard, now I won’t stop until I figure it out. 🙂
