Did Nasty Girls as rx’d – 13:45

A) row 4:6.6 beat my february time by 5 seconds.
B) do i really have to post this? 30 ish DU and about 150 attempts…….

Clean and jerk worked up to 185#
Did Wednesday wod part A, ten pull ups on the min. 7 rounds were consistent and about 15 seconds, last 3 rounds were about 20 to 25 seconds and broken into 2.

A. 3:21.7 (new PR for 1000m row)
B. 112 DU’s

Deadlift 5 sets of 5 before WOD (unbroken) – 135/185/225/255/275 (new PR)

OHS 3-95#, 3-115#, 2-125#, 2-135#
Then did Part A of Wednesdays workout – 10 Pullups on the minute for 10 minutes. First 7 Rounds were unbroken and under 20 sec. Last 3 rounds were broken and 20-25 sec
