50-ft handstand walk each
25 synchro toes-to-bar
50-ft handstand walk each
50 alternating DB snatches each – (35/50 lb)

Note: For partners unable to do handstand walk, do 50ft. partner wheelbarrow walk.

 

Post-workout:
Accumulate:
3:00 L-sit (alternating in partners)
