Great job Chantal!
The way this WOD is written, I’m assuming it’s intended to be
21 power cleans, then 21 push jerks etc (as opposed to 21 power clean & push jerk).
Which means if I’m breaking the sets of push jerks, I’m going to have to do “extra” cleans to bring the bar in the jerking position as I have nowhere to rack the bar.
Is this right?

20:25. Power cleans were OK, but found 115 lb push jerks quite challenging. Did quite a few extras cleans in order to break the sets of push jerks.
20min for rounds
5 Strict Sup Pull ups
5 HSPU
5 65lb OHS
= 10 + 5 Pull ups.
Shoulders are tired.

11:49. First time doing power cleans so I focused more on form than form time….but still a hard workout
