Did a mix of two WOD’s today;
A: DU’s @ 30sec for 10 mins, averaged 38-40 per round
B: Anchored situps 5×30 secs (19/round)
C: Push Press 135/150/175/175/175/135/135
D: Clap pushups (@ home) 10reps X 4 rounds
