I just did this one from the main crossfit site last week…

I don’t have the equipment (and arguably the skill…yet) to do heavy cleans today.
Instead did 110 reps of 75# hang squat cleans in sets of 10 and 5, focusing on full hip extention before going down into the squat to catch the bar.
Followed by squat/OHS flexibility exercises with broomstick.
7k run in the hail.
Fight Gone Bad – total 176 (something to work on!!)
WOD – hang cleans finished with 67lbs but that wasn’t a max I don’t think.
