Worked up to and failed 175, then had to run. PR is 182.5

New PR at 305 (last one was 295).
It must have been that group warm-up.

Worked up to 145#, which is a 10# PR. Might have had a few more pounds in me, but had to run.
I am really happy to have surpassed my PR after the 8 months of limited workouts because of my back!

Thanks a lot Gord! Amazing lifts this AM!!!


Technique issues today. Fell 10lbs short of last workout.

Did this WOD at the gym.
Worked up to 225# and may be a PR for me. I think I could have gone about 10# more but my form was faltering coming up out of the squat (Mechanics->Consistency->Intensity…working on ensuring my Mechanics is 100% and I am consistent before adding on Intensity 🙂 )

New PR @ 205 (last one 200)
Failed 210. I think I could have gotten it but had to run to take daughter to snorkelling.
