CrossFit Kids Class will be at Arbour Lake playground this am at 8:45. Classes are for 6-12 year olds. Drop in is $15 and monthly membership is $50/child. Come check it out for the summer!
Other Summer Programs include Teens (12+) on Sundays at 13:00 and CF Preschoolers (2 1/5 to 5 year olds) on Mondays at 13:00-we can also accommodate an older child if off school for the summer-come talk to me!!!.

Workout was pretty cool, like a mini “bear”. Weighted lunges are weird though, feeling it in my knees.

Barbell complex as above, but modified. Couldn’t do lunges or squat cleans due to painful left thigh. Instead did, hang power cleans and 2 push presses.
