I think my running commentary for lifts will be, “need to work on technique, not going to try for PR until I can technically do the lift properly”
A. 125/145/165/165/165/165. Stayed at 165 to focus on shrugging correctly.
B. 125 for all 6. Stayed at 125 to focus on the Jerk part esp on locking my arms straight before I go to stand straight (I wasn’t getting under the bar properly).
