Came in for open gym to work on squat snatch..
Ended up with a 20# Pr @155# for 1 rep. Previously had done 135 a number of times, tried out 145 and hit it, 150 hit it, 155 hit it no misses on the heavier ones.. just stopped there while I was ahead.. pumped!
