Clean and Jerk 2,2,2,2,2

5 rounds for time of:
275 pound Deadlifts, 5 reps
10 Burpees (with clap overhead while airborne)
4 rounds + 2 DL at 12:00

Three rounds, 21-15- and 9 reps, for time of:
95 pound Thruster
Pull-ups (chest must hit the bar to count)

After the first five P-U’s hitting my chest… I then went and did a regular FRAN
13:21 last time was 18 something

good on you caper, now a run to go!
95/115/125/132(1)/132(1) no problem cleaning it and no problem driving it up it was getting under deep enough on the second rep to catch with arms locked.
AM did 50 20# wallballs for time – 2:06 – 3 minute rest then tabata wall balls low rep 5 (took one in the face around 4th interval which caused to get a low of 5… I was at 8 until then)

Run either 750m on a steep trail or 1.5 K on a road or track

Ran 1.5 on road
