First partner workout outside. Fun.

Felt good during most of the movements except for the runs of course.

Had a great partner. Encouraging, hard worker.
Second workout for him so he experienced the CrossFit effect, πŸ™‚

Much easier without a Sumo suit! Partnered with Michael and we pretty much split it in half – we made a great team. Fantastic turnout of newcomers – 5 in total – and they were awesome! Thanks for coaching, Kim. Liked that you got us to introduce ourselves.
