CrossFit Games 2010 1st Individual Event

Squat Snatch
Coach’s notes: Guys used 135 lbs, gals 95 lbs for squat snatch. Post time to complete to comments.

Time – about 23.00 plus
9 – muscle ups, snatch 105#
7 – 1 muscle up + 12 pull-ups & dips, snatch 105#
5 – 10 pull-ups & dips, snatch 105#
Failed about 15 or more snatches.
Can’t do muscle-ups yet, so:
18 pull-ups, 18 ring dips, 9 snatches
14 pull-ups, 14 ring dips, 7 snatches
10 pull-ups, 10 ring dips, 5 snatches
Scaled snatches to 52#; most reps were power snatch with an OHS.
All pull-ups and ring dips as rx’d.
