Joe was my pace horse. Managed to stay just ahead of him after the first round but he caught up to me on the last run and beat me by 1 second.

that was a hot and sweaty event
i had to cash in my chips after only 5 rounds, cooled off and put together another 3 rounds, so 80% better than not – off my diet and sleep this week.
that said everyone worked really hard – Sandy and Joe, you guys rocked this!
Thanks all the 1030 class – good working with you all.
Coach Kimmer, thanks for not only getting us ready with your warmup,which was good fun, but jumping in to motivate us in the WOD.
