In partners complete:

Run 4 laps around the field (approx.. 1 mile), then complete 200 jumping Jacks (total).  If one partner finishes run earlier, you can start, then

150m Bear Crawl (each), while partner holds a single arm front plank (you can switch arms as you see fit), then

150m Burpee Broad Jump (each), while partner performs hand release push-ups (must complete 100 total), then

75m crab walk each, working at the same time, then

Run 4 laps around the field (approx.. 1 mile) and finish by completing 200 jumping Jacks (total).

Sweet Jesus, these Saturday workouts are gonna make me strong.

My run speed is improving, even with sore legs. The shoulders were very tired. I managed to keep going but I have a long way to go. Controlled the things I could control. Happy with my burpee lunges but I need to push my self to be quicker. More effort is required.


A respectable last place time. Glad there were still 25 jumping jacks left for me. 🙂 Which were fantastically great, if I say so myself.
