9:20 as rx’d. Still resting too much, but 3 min faster than my February time so I’m stoked about that. Props to the 9:30 class for leaving it all out there! Thanks DJ.

I did Fran for the first time since I’ve been doing Crossfit. 15 months. 7:31 as RX’d.

Thrusters were better than I thought. My problem is still getting my kipping PU rhythm. I can only do 3 or 4 before I lose my timing and have to start again.
