In partners complete:

AMRAP 50m Shuttle runs (alternate with your partner) in 10 minutes.

NO REST

AMRAP Alternate 10 Back Extensions while your partner holds a lunge position (switch forward leg each set) in 10 minutes.

NO REST

AMRAP Alternate 50m Single Leg Hops while your partner runs alongside (switch legs each set) for 10 minutes.

I was actually running! Felt amazing. Legs are coming back. My future partners have less to fear:)

Back Extension/lunge hold

Hops
Initially, a little intimidating. Can’t remember what we did for rounds. We both got better as we kept going. This is the best hop I’ve ever done since starting Crossfit. The broad athletic strength is showing up. A base I can build on. Nick, you got so much stronger at the end with a slight change in technique. I was genuinely excited.

I really enjoy partner wods outside on Saturday mornings. Positive people. Fun dogs. Thanks Zach.
