In partners complete in any order, but completing each set before moving on, working one at a time:

50 Tire Flips
75 Cal Row/Bike/Ski
100 Reverse Plank Hip Touches, while your partner holds a Front Plank.
75 Toes to Rings
50 Dumbbell Burpees, while your partner holds both dumbbells in any
fashion.
75 Dumbbell Hang Power Clean, while your partner holds both dumbbells
in any fashion.
100 Broad Jumps, partner walks beside.
75 Dumbbell Push Jerks, while your partner holds both dumbbells in any fashion.
50 Get-ups

Wow! I love Saturday morning partner WODs.
I nearly didn’t come. So glad I did.

Mike and Daniel were great partners. So encouraging.

I had to scale a lot of stuff I enjoy but my feet thanked me. Climbing out of the injury/COVID hole is not fun but the benefits of working out with friends after COVID is priceless.


I liked the random partner draw this morning. Got to workout with new member Katerina. We didn’t quite finish but worked hard.
