Did this one yesterday but thought the rx’d weight for girls was 135, did it in 3:36. Did as ACTUALLY rx’d today in 3:58. Deadlifts felt fine but grip was a bit more fried. Late night last night took it’s toll on me a bit. Thanks Laura, love this WOD.

Blaine you nailed it on the head….that was a HUGE grip killer. Did a few Deadlifts with the bar balancing on the tips of my fingers….
