“Annie” at home: 6:06 (last time 7:48 I think)
Did it in garage and got rope caught 7 or 8 times during DU’s. Very frustrating! Anchored sit-ups, but in a really bad way. Anchor was way up by the toes, so had to really pull feet up to stay anchored. Still really happy with my time!

than did some muscle-up practice. I am getting high enough on the kip/pull to do them but was losing the false grip and not leaning forward enough on the transition
