Pull ups unbroken round 1 and then 12/8 for the remaining rounds.
Subbed 10 sit-ups in between my last 10 push-ups in round 4 as these had come to a halt.
Round 5 – 20 push-ups, 10 sit-ups, 5/10, 5/10, 10 sit-ups

Pull-ups: R1 20 banded (10/various) R2 7 kipping (3/2/2) and 8 jumping negatives R3 9 kipping (3/2/2/1/1) and 9 jumping negatives R4 kipping attempts and 12 jumping negatives R5 3 kipping and 17 ring rows

Push-ups: R1-3 all from toes, R4-5 first 10 unbroken from toes, sets of 5/3/2 from toes, last 10 from knees

Sit-ups: the last 10 in R4-5 were killer!
Squats: felt pretty good, medium speed
