Too cold to run, so we did this one instead…

Tried to pace myself to 60 reps/min…

600 would’ve been nice. Next time start at 64/min.
Pre-WOD
Chest to Bar pull up ladder 1-10…some were abs to bar…need to kip a little less to conserve energy for the later rounds…

Well that sucked…the pull ups were harder than I anticipated…but the WOD itself killed me…after round 5 I had to lie down on the ground for the 60 sec rest…I also only counted made DU…not attempts…
