Coach’s Notes: Guys use 135 lbs. for the clean and gals use 65 lbs. Guys use a 1.5 pood kettlebell (or 55 lbs.) and gals 1 pood or 35 lbs. Post time to complete to comments.
Did Fri. night. Power clean – 45 lbs (I think). ~ 25 minutes (was working on trying to breathe instead of asking what my time was.)
