total disaster row…I had a 1:20 pace for 300 meters and just completely fell apart…poor rowing technique…pulling with arms too early…not enough leg…40 strokes/min…absolutely bad day to row…the worst part is that I was tired but not blasted… which means I had more to give…I should have easily been sub 3:10 with a better strategy…
