Should have gone done to 225.

Should have gone down to 225. The grip was a major challenge.

125,135,145,155,165,175,185,195,200(f). Did Madi afterwards, 19:34 as rx’d. Wallballs were slow after box jumps. Thanks DJ.

Metcon: 12 minutes of: 3 hang squat snatches, 6 SDLHP, 9 KB swings. Rx’d for women was 65# for snatches and SDLHP, 1.5 pood for KB swings. Scaled to 33# and 1 pood.
7 rounds + 3 snatches + 6 SDLHP + 8 KB swings
(SDLHP were way too light, but in turn it was great to do manny rounds to be able to get extra practice with the hang squat snatches! They got easier the more I did)

Practiced grip at 114. Ouch my thumbs!

235/245/255/265/275/285 had room to go higher

Metcon: 12 minutes of: 3 hang squat snatches, 6 SDLHP, 9 KB swings
used 75# instead of 95# and 2 pood for KB swing, 6 rounds + 3 snatches + 6 SDLHP

just did normal Deadlift
355/385/405/425/445/450 (f) due to grip mostly

I worked up to 325 on the snatch grip deadlift, failing at 345. I skipped the metcon as I wanted to do some other strength stuff in the open gym time.

Need to work on grip strength – nice to be back.

Got up to 265 or so, not sure. Then backed off from working on max weight

Previously did sets of 2 up to 220.
This time:
Could get nearly vertical then grip would fail.
