7 rounds for time:
10 Deadlifts
2 Rope Climbs
Coach’s notes: Guys use 225lbs for deadlift, gals use 155lbs or scale as appropriate. Scale if necessary, but this should be a heavy deadlift. If you do not have a rope, substitute 8 towel pull ups per rope climb. For towel pull ups sling a towel over a bar and gripping the towel perform a pull up. Post time to comments.
