30 Synchro V Sit-ups
1 Legless Rope Climb each
20 Synchro V Sit-ups
2 Legless Rope Climbs each
10 Synchro V Sit-ups
3 Legless Rope Climbs each,

Then with time remaining complete as many rounds as possible of the following complex:

1 Clean/2 Jerks/3 Back Squat – 135#/95#

REST 2:00, then complete:

100 Cal Row
100 Burpees Over Rower

WOD:

Sumo Deadlift – 3, 3, 3, 3, 3, 3, 3

Went to the Bedrock Heartbreaker competition today to cheer on our crew. Congratulations to all of our athletes, including Derek and Elizabeth who won the rx division. Lots of fun.
Low point of the day was being asked by the young girl sitting beside me if I was there to cheer on my kids. Yeah, that wasn’t ideal. There wasn’t even a teens division!
